Thank you for your interest in reserving a Large Zoom meeting room or Webinar access. The university has a very limited number of Webinar and Large Room licenses that we can add to your Zoom account for limited times.
Step 1: Reserve the webinar license for the date and time of the webinar by filling out the Request form. Once scheduled you will have access to the webinar license one hour before to one hour after your event.
Step 2: Make a new license request for the time you want to create the webinar in Zoom.
You must have the license attached to your account to have any access to the webinar feature in Zoom.
Even if you have already created the webinar in Zoom, you won’t see it on your homepage unless you have a license on your account.
It is important to remember that reserving the license does not create/schedule the Zoom webinar itself, the license only gives you access to do that.
Step 3: Once you have the license on your Zoom account, you may login to https://unl.zoom.us and schedule the webinar itself.
